DOES COFFEE WITH HONEY IS GOOD?

Maybe some of you have heard that coffee is bad for you. The fact - it is not! maybe too much caffeine is bad, and as caffeine is a constituent of coffee, perhaps this is where the idea that coffee is bad for you comes from. Caffeine is a stimulant and the jolt of energy we get from a good cup of coffee.
Too much caffeine is bad for you, but don't give up the coffee, rather switch to decaffeinated. Probably you will ask "why", the antioxidants in coffee is very high, which actually the highest source of antioxidants in the diet, even more so than fruit and veggie. You know that antioxidant destroy the free radicals rampaging around our bodies, causing harm to our health.

HOW TO AVOID MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY?

So taking a bath in the stuff will work well. Simply fill a tub with hot water to which has been added 2-3 cups of Epsom salts.
